### sec.41 Review of strategies
A Service must complete a review of each strategy mentioned in section 40 within 3 years after it is made and afterwards within 3 years after the previous review.
The Service must consult with the following persons in reviewing a strategy—
for the clinician engagement strategy—health professionals working in the Service;
for the consumer and community engagement strategy—health consumers and members of the community;
for the health equity strategy—the persons prescribed under section 40 (2) (c) .
If a strategy is amended as a result of the review, the Service must publish the amended strategy in a way that allows it to be accessed by members of the public, including, for example, on the internet.
