### sec.39A Chief executive to make service agreements available This section applies to a service agreement between the chief executive and a Service, including an amendment of the agreement. The chief executive must, within 28 days of entering into the service agreement or amendment— give the administrator of the National Health Funding Pool a copy of the service agreement or amendment; and publish the service agreement or amendment in a way that allows the agreement to be accessed by members of the public, including, for example, on the internet. s 39A ins 2012 No. 9 s 18 (sec.39A-ssec.1) This section applies to a service agreement between the chief executive and a Service, including an amendment of the agreement.
