### sec.37 Negotiations for service agreement
For the first service agreement, the chief executive and the Service must enter into negotiations immediately after the commencement of this section.
For a new service agreement, the chief executive and the Service must enter into negotiations at least 6 months before the expiry of the existing service agreement.
