### sec.309 Severability
Subsection (2) applies if a provision of a transfer notice is held by a court or judge to be beyond power, invalid or unenforceable.
The provision is to be disregarded or severed and the court’s or judge’s decision does not affect the remaining provisions of the transfer notice which continue to have effect.
This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 9.
