### sec.306 Assistance must be provided This section applies if a Service has possession or control of the documents mentioned in sections 300 to 305. The Service must assist the department or information commissioner in dealing with the application, including by providing documents relevant to the application under the Information Privacy Act 2009 or the Right to Information Act 2009 . If the provision of documents includes the disclosure of confidential information, then the disclosure is required or permitted by law for the purposes of section 143 of this Act. s 306 amd 2012 No. 9 s 54 sch (sec.306-ssec.1) This section applies if a Service has possession or control of the documents mentioned in sections 300 to 305.
