### sec.276 Governor in Council may appoint administrator for Service
This section applies—
if the members of a board are dismissed under section 275 ; or
if at any other time there are no members of a Service’s board; or
if, at the commencement of this section, a Service’s board has not been appointed.
The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Minister, appoint the chief executive or another qualified person to administer the Service.
In this section—
qualified person means a person the Minister considers has the necessary qualifications and experience to administer the Service.

(sec.276-ssec.1) This section applies— if the members of a board are dismissed under section 275 ; or if at any other time there are no members of a Service’s board; or if, at the commencement of this section, a Service’s board has not been appointed.
(sec.276-ssec.2) The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Minister, appoint the chief executive or another qualified person to administer the Service.
