### sec.274 Disclosure of personal information of health service employees and health professionals Subsection (2) applies to personal information held in a health agency, about a person who is, or was, a health service employee or health professional engaged in delivering a public sector health service. The health agency may disclose the person’s personal information to another health agency if the information is relevant to the person’s suitability for employment or engagement, or continuing employment or engagement, with the other health agency.
