### sec.25A Disqualification as board member A person is disqualified from becoming, or continuing as, a board member if the person— is an insolvent under administration; or is disqualified from managing corporations because of the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or has a conviction for an indictable offence or an offence against this Act; or was appointed because the person was a HHS clinician and has stopped being a HHS clinician. s 25A ins 2025 No. 29 s 56 ; 2025 No. 13 s 7 (amd 2025 No. 29 s 54 ) - (a) is an insolvent under administration; or - (b) is disqualified from managing corporations because of the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or - (c) has a conviction for an indictable offence or an offence against this Act; or - (d) was appointed because the person was a HHS clinician and has stopped being a HHS clinician.
