### sec.24 Minister to advertise for members of boards Before recommending persons for membership of a board, the Minister must— advertise for expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons interested in being members of a board; and consider the expressions of interest received. Subsection (1) does not apply to a vacancy that arises in the membership of a board under section 27 . In this section— suitably qualified means having the skills, knowledge and experience mentioned in section 23 . s 24 amd 2012 No. 9 s 54 sch (sec.24-ssec.1) Before recommending persons for membership of a board, the Minister must— advertise for expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons interested in being members of a board; and consider the expressions of interest received. (sec.24-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a vacancy that arises in the membership of a board under section 27 . (sec.24-ssec.3) In this section— suitably qualified means having the skills, knowledge and experience mentioned in section 23 . - (a) advertise for expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons interested in being members of a board; and - (b) consider the expressions of interest received.
