### sec.223 Application of div 4 The power under this division may be exercised if an inspector enters a place under section 212 (1) (a) , (c) or (d) . However, if the inspector enters under section 212 (1) (a) or (c) , the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
