### sec.221 Defect in relation to a warrant
A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in—
the warrant; or
compliance with this subdivision;
unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
In this section—
warrant includes a duplicate warrant mentioned in section 220 (3) .
(sec.221-ssec.1) A warrant is not invalidated by a defect in— the warrant; or compliance with this subdivision; unless the defect affects the substance of the warrant in a material particular.
