### sec.21 Application of other Acts A Service is— a statutory body under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and a statutory body under the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 ; and a unit of public administration under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 . The Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 , part 2B sets out the way in which a Service’s powers under this Act are affected by that Act. s 21 amd 2012 No. 9 s 54 sch ; 2014 No. 21 s 94 (2) sch 2 (sec.21-ssec.1) A Service is— a statutory body under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 ; and a statutory body under the Statutory Bodies Financial Arrangements Act 1982 ; and a unit of public administration under the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 .
