### sec.152 Disclosure to or by inspector A designated person may disclose confidential information if— the disclosure is to an inspector and the confidential information is relevant to the performance of the inspector’s functions under this Act; or the disclosure is by an inspector and is necessary for performing the inspector’s functions under this Act. - (a) the disclosure is to an inspector and the confidential information is relevant to the performance of the inspector’s functions under this Act; or - (b) the disclosure is by an inspector and is necessary for performing the inspector’s functions under this Act.
