### sec.150 Disclosure for purposes relating to health services A designated person may disclose confidential information if— the disclosure is to another designated person for evaluating, managing, monitoring or planning health services; or the disclosure is to an entity prescribed under a regulation for this paragraph for evaluating, managing, monitoring or planning health services as stated in the regulation. - (a) the disclosure is to another designated person for evaluating, managing, monitoring or planning health services; or - (b) the disclosure is to an entity prescribed under a regulation for this paragraph for evaluating, managing, monitoring or planning health services as stated in the regulation.
