### sec.130 Giving clinical reviewer false or misleading information
A person must not, in relation to a clinical review under this division, give a clinical reviewer information, or a document containing information, that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
Subsection (1) applies to information or a document given in relation to a review under this division whether or not the information or document was given in response to a specific power under this division.
