### sec.11 Protections for safety and quality This Act provides safeguards and protection for— members of quality assurance committees and Root Cause Analysis teams; and information obtained and reports prepared by the committees or teams. Clinical reviewers may be appointed to conduct clinical reviews and to provide expert clinical advice.
