### sec.109 Release of information to chief health officer
This section applies if a commissioning authority receives an RCA report under section 101 and the reportable event happened at a private health facility.
The commissioning authority must, as soon as practicable after receiving the report, give the following to the chief health officer—
a copy of the report;
details of the name and address of the private health facility.
(sec.109-ssec.1) This section applies if a commissioning authority receives an RCA report under section 101 and the reportable event happened at a private health facility.
(sec.109-ssec.2) The commissioning authority must, as soon as practicable after receiving the report, give the following to the chief health officer— a copy of the report; details of the name and address of the private health facility.
- (a) a copy of the report;
- (b) details of the name and address of the private health facility.
