13 What if the occupation agreement is not signed?
> > (1) If an occupation agreement has been signed by an occupant and given to the park owner or accepted by a person on the park owner’s behalf and has not been signed by the park owner—
> >
> > > (a) acceptance of occupation fees by or on behalf of the park owner without reservation, or
> >
> > > (b) any act of part performance of the agreement by or on behalf of the park owner,
> >
> > gives the document the same effect it would have if it had been signed by the park owner on the first day in respect of which occupation fees were accepted or on the day on which such an act was first performed.
