### sec.92 Display of warning signs required by heavy vehicle standards on vehicles to which the requirement does not apply
This section applies if, under the heavy vehicle standards, a warning sign is required to be displayed on a heavy vehicle of a particular type, size or configuration.
A person must not use, or permit to be used, on a road a heavy vehicle that has the warning sign displayed on it unless the vehicle is of the particular type, size or configuration.
Maximum penalty—$3000.
In this section—
warning sign means a sign indicating that the vehicle to which it is attached is of a particular type, size or configuration.
A sign (consisting of 1 or more parts) showing the words ‘LONG VEHICLE’ or ‘ROAD TRAIN’.

(sec.92-ssec.1) This section applies if, under the heavy vehicle standards, a warning sign is required to be displayed on a heavy vehicle of a particular type, size or configuration.
