### sec.718 Measurement of weight on tyre
A mark or print on a tyre purporting to be the maximum load capacity decided by the manufacturer of the tyre is evidence of the maximum load capacity for the tyre at cold inflation pressure decided by the manufacturer.
If it is impracticable to work out the mass on each tyre in an axle or axle group, the mass on the axle or axle group divided by the number of tyres in the axle or axle group is taken to be the mass on the tyre in the absence of evidence to the contrary.
