### sec.713 Evidence by certificate by Regulator about matters stated in or worked out from records A certificate purporting to be issued by the Regulator and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— a stated matter appears in a stated record kept by the Regulator for the administration or enforcement of this Law; a stated matter appears in a stated record accessed by the Regulator for the administration or enforcement of this Law. A certificate purporting to be issued by the Regulator and stating that a matter that has been worked out from either of the following is evidence of the matter— a stated record kept by the Regulator for the administration or enforcement of this Law; a stated record accessed by the Regulator for the administration or enforcement of this Law.
