sec.689Payments out of Fund

### sec.689 Payments out of Fund Payments may be made from the Fund for the purpose of— paying any costs or expenses, or discharging any liabilities, incurred in the administration or enforcement of this Law, including, for example, payments made to a State or Territory for the provision of services under an agreement mentioned in section 658 (2) (a) ; and paying any money directed or authorised to be paid out of the Fund under this Law; and making any other payments recommended by the Regulator and approved by the responsible Ministers. sch s 689 ins 2013 No. 4 s 12 - (a) paying any costs or expenses, or discharging any liabilities, incurred in the administration or enforcement of this Law, including, for example, payments made to a State or Territory for the provision of services under an agreement mentioned in section 658 (2) (a) ; and - (b) paying any money directed or authorised to be paid out of the Fund under this Law; and - (c) making any other payments recommended by the Regulator and approved by the responsible Ministers.
