### sec.687 National Heavy Vehicle Regulator Fund
The National Heavy Vehicle Regulator Fund is established.
The Fund is to be administered by the Regulator.
The Regulator may establish accounts with any financial institution for money in the Fund.
The Fund does not form part of the consolidated fund or consolidated account (however described) of a participating jurisdiction or the Commonwealth.
