### sec.684 Staff
The Regulator may, for the purpose of exercising its functions, employ staff.
The staff of the Regulator are to be employed on the terms and conditions decided by the Regulator from time to time.
Subsection (2) is subject to any relevant industrial award or agreement that applies to the staff.
