### sec.672 General procedure The procedure for the calling of meetings of the Board and for the conduct of business at the meetings is, subject to this Law, to be decided by the Board. Without limiting subsection (1) , the Chairperson of the Board— may at any time call a meeting of the Board; and must call a meeting if asked, in writing, by at least 3 other members of the Board. sch s 672 ins 2013 No. 4 s 12 (sec.672-ssec.1) The procedure for the calling of meetings of the Board and for the conduct of business at the meetings is, subject to this Law, to be decided by the Board.
