### sec.664 Functions of Board
The affairs of the Regulator are to be controlled by the Board.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the Board’s functions include the following—
subject to any directions of the responsible Ministers, deciding the policies of the Regulator;
ensuring the Regulator exercises its functions in a proper, effective and efficient way.
All acts and things done in the name of, or on behalf of, the Regulator by or with the authority of the Board are taken to have been done by the Regulator.
The Board has any other functions given to the Board under this Law.
