### sec.661 Delegation
The Regulator may delegate any of its functions to—
the chief executive of an entity or a department of government of a participating jurisdiction or the Commonwealth; or
the chief executive officer or another member of the staff of the Regulator; or
a person engaged as a contractor by the Regulator; or
any other person whom the Regulator considers is appropriately qualified to exercise the function.
A delegation of a function may permit the subdelegation of the function to an appropriately qualified person.
