sec.651Policy directions

### sec.651 Policy directions The responsible Ministers may give directions to the Regulator about the policies to be applied by the Regulator in exercising its functions under this Law. A direction under this section can not be about— a particular person; or a particular heavy vehicle; or a particular application or proceeding. The Regulator must comply with a direction given to it by the responsible Ministers under this section.
