### sec.633 Multiple offenders
This section applies if a provision of this Law provides that, for a particular act or omission or set of circumstances, each of 2 or more persons is liable for an offence against a provision of this Law.
Proceedings may be taken against all or any of the persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances.
Proceedings may be taken against any of the persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances—
regardless of whether or not proceedings have been started against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances; and
regardless of whether or not any proceedings taken against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances have ended; and
regardless of the outcome of any proceedings taken against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances.
This section is subject to section 634 (1) .

(sec.633-ssec.2) Proceedings may be taken against all or any of the persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances.
(sec.633-ssec.3) Proceedings may be taken against any of the persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances— regardless of whether or not proceedings have been started against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances; and regardless of whether or not any proceedings taken against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances have ended; and regardless of the outcome of any proceedings taken against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances.
(sec.633-ssec.4) This section is subject to section 634 (1) .
- (a) regardless of whether or not proceedings have been started against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances; and
- (b) regardless of whether or not any proceedings taken against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances have ended; and
- (c) regardless of the outcome of any proceedings taken against any of the other persons in relation to the act, omission or circumstances.
