### sec.632 Deciding whether person ought reasonably to have known something
This section applies in relation to a proceeding for an offence against this Law if it is relevant to prove that someone ought reasonably to have known something.
A court may consider the following when deciding whether the person ought reasonably to have known the thing—
the person’s abilities, experience, expertise, knowledge, qualifications and training;
the circumstances of the offence;
any other relevant matter prescribed by the national regulations for the purposes of this section.

(sec.632-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a proceeding for an offence against this Law if it is relevant to prove that someone ought reasonably to have known something.
(sec.632-ssec.2) A court may consider the following when deciding whether the person ought reasonably to have known the thing— the person’s abilities, experience, expertise, knowledge, qualifications and training; the circumstances of the offence; any other relevant matter prescribed by the national regulations for the purposes of this section.
- (a) the person’s abilities, experience, expertise, knowledge, qualifications and training;
- (b) the circumstances of the offence;
- (c) any other relevant matter prescribed by the national regulations for the purposes of this section.
