### sec.608 Limitation on making prohibition order
The court may make a prohibition order only if the court is satisfied the convicted person should not continue to have the role or responsibilities prohibited by the order, and that a supervisory intervention order is not appropriate, having regard to—
the offences against this Law or a previous corresponding law for which the person has previously been convicted; and
the offences against this Law or a previous corresponding law for which the person has been proceeded against by way of unwithdrawn infringement notices; and
any other offences or other matters that the court considers relevant to the person’s conduct in connection with road transport.

- (a) the offences against this Law or a previous corresponding law for which the person has previously been convicted; and
