### sec.596 Body corporate fines under penalty provision This section applies to a provision of this Law that— prescribes a maximum fine for an offence; and does not expressly prescribe a maximum fine for a body corporate different to the maximum fine for an individual. The maximum fine is taken only to be the maximum fine for an individual.
