### sec.589 Effect of withdrawal of consent to enter under this Chapter
This section applies if—
an authorised officer enters a place with the occupier’s consent and has obtained evidence at the place; but
the occupier’s consent is later withdrawn.
The evidence obtained (including any evidence seized) up to the time the consent is withdrawn is not invalid or inadmissible in proceedings for a contravention of this Law merely because the consent was withdrawn.
