### sec.545 Seizing evidence at a place that may be entered without consent or warrant An authorised officer who enters a place the officer may enter under this Chapter without the consent of its occupier and without a warrant may seize a thing at the place if the officer reasonably believes the thing is evidence of an offence against this Law.
