### sec.511 Application of Pt 9.3
Unless otherwise stated in this Part, this Part applies to a heavy vehicle—
on a road; or
in or at a public place; or
in or at a place owned or occupied by a road authority or by another public authority; or
in or at a place entered by an authorised officer under Part 9.2 .
- (a) on a road; or
- (b) in or at a public place; or
- (c) in or at a place owned or occupied by a road authority or by another public authority; or
- (d) in or at a place entered by an authorised officer under Part 9.2 .
