### sec.506 Application for warrant
An authorised officer may apply to an authorised warrant official for a warrant for a place.
The authorised officer must prepare a written application stating the grounds on which the warrant is sought.
The written application must be sworn.
The authorised warrant official may refuse to consider the application until the authorised officer gives the official all the information the official requires about the application in the way the official requires.
The authorised warrant official may require additional information supporting the written application to be given by statutory declaration.
