### sec.490 Reference to document includes reference to reproduction from electronic document A reference in this Chapter to a document includes a reference to an image or writing— produced from an electronic document; or not yet produced, but reasonably capable of being produced from an electronic document, with or without the aid of another article or device. See the definition document in section 12 of Schedule 1 . sch s 490 sub 2013 No. 4 s 12 amd 2018 No. 18 s 18 - (a) produced from an electronic document; or - (b) not yet produced, but reasonably capable of being produced from an electronic document, with or without the aid of another article or device.
