### sec.438 Reporting tampering or suspected tampering with, or malfunction or suspected malfunction of, approved intelligent transport system to Regulator If TCA knows, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, an approved intelligent transport system has been tampered with or has malfunctioned, TCA must report the matter to the Regulator within 7 days. Maximum penalty—$6000.
