### sec.42A Authorisation for s 688 of the Law (Payments into Fund) For section 688 (1)(e) of the Law , an amount equal to the regulatory component of the charges payable for the registration of heavy vehicles is to be paid into the Fund. In this section— regulatory component , of the charges payable for the registration of heavy vehicles, means the component of the charges prescribed under TORUM as the regulatory component of the charges. s 42A ins 2018 No. 10 s 9 (sec.42A-ssec.1) For section 688 (1)(e) of the Law , an amount equal to the regulatory component of the charges payable for the registration of heavy vehicles is to be paid into the Fund. (sec.42A-ssec.2) In this section— regulatory component , of the charges payable for the registration of heavy vehicles, means the component of the charges prescribed under TORUM as the regulatory component of the charges.
