### sec.421 Destroying intelligent access program information etc.
An intelligent access program service provider must ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable—
intelligent access program information collected by the service provider is destroyed 1 year after the information is collected; and
a record that the service provider is required to keep under section 419 is destroyed within 1 year after the service provider is no longer required to keep the record under that section.
Maximum penalty—$6000.
This section does not apply to a noncompliance report or information the intelligent access program service provider is required to keep under section 420 .
