### sec.347 Prohibition on using electronic work diary if it is not, and is not a part of, an approved electronic recording system A person must not use as an electronic work diary for the purposes of this Law an electronic recording system constituting an electronic work diary, or of which an electronic work diary is a part, if the person knows, or ought reasonably to know, the electronic recording system is not an approved electronic recording system.
