### sec.344 Steps after decision to grant approval
If the Regulator grants an approval under section 343 , the Regulator must give the applicant a numbered certificate of approval.
If the Regulator imposes conditions on the approval, the certificate of approval given to the applicant must state the conditions.
If the Regulator imposes conditions on the approval not sought by the applicant, the Regulator must give the applicant an information notice for the decision to impose the conditions.

(sec.344-ssec.1) If the Regulator grants an approval under section 343 , the Regulator must give the applicant a numbered certificate of approval.
