### sec.337 Intelligent access program reporting entity must not permit tampering with approved electronic recording system
This section applies if an approved electronic recording system is or is part of an approved intelligent transport system.
An intelligent access program reporting entity for the approved intelligent transport system must not permit another person to tamper with the approved electronic recording system.
Maximum penalty—$10000.
