### sec.327 Possession of purported work records etc. prohibited The driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle or the record keeper for a driver of a fatigue-regulated heavy vehicle must not have in the driver’s or record keeper’s possession a thing purporting to be a work record if the driver or record keeper knows, or ought reasonably to know, that it is not a work record. Maximum penalty—$10000.
