### sec.26G Category 2 offence
A person commits an offence if—
the person has a duty under section 26C ; and
the person contravenes the duty; and
the person’s contravention exposes an individual, or class of individuals, to a risk of death or serious injury or illness.
Maximum penalty—
if an individual commits the offence—$150000; or
if a corporation commits the offence—$1500000.
