### sec.222 Categories of breaches
A contravention of a maximum work requirement or minimum rest requirement is a minor risk breach if it is declared under the national regulations to be a breach in the minor risk category.
A contravention of a maximum work requirement or minimum rest requirement is a substantial risk breach if it is declared under the national regulations to be a breach in the substantial risk category.
A contravention of a maximum work requirement or minimum rest requirement is a severe risk breach if it is declared under the national regulations to be a breach in the severe risk category.
A contravention of a maximum work requirement or minimum rest requirement is a critical risk breach if it is declared under the national regulations to be a breach in the critical risk category.
