### sec.172 Requirements for statement explaining adverse decision of road manager This section applies to a written statement explaining a decision of a relevant road manager under this Division— not to give consent to the grant of a mass or dimension authority (as referred to in section 156A ); or to consent to the grant of a mass or dimension authority on the condition that— a road condition is imposed on the authority (as referred to in section 160 ); or a travel condition is imposed on the authority (as referred to in section 161 ).
