### sec.161 Imposition of travel conditions
A relevant road manager for a mass or dimension authority may consent to the grant of the authority subject to the condition that a stated travel condition is imposed on the authority.
If a relevant road manager for a mass or dimension authority consents to the grant of the authority as mentioned in subsection (1) —
the relevant road manager must give the Regulator a written statement that explains the road manager’s decision to give consent to the grant of the authority subject to the condition and complies with section 172 ; and
the Regulator must impose the stated travel condition on the authority.

(sec.161-ssec.1) A relevant road manager for a mass or dimension authority may consent to the grant of the authority subject to the condition that a stated travel condition is imposed on the authority.
(sec.161-ssec.2) If a relevant road manager for a mass or dimension authority consents to the grant of the authority as mentioned in subsection (1) — the relevant road manager must give the Regulator a written statement that explains the road manager’s decision to give consent to the grant of the authority subject to the condition and complies with section 172 ; and the Regulator must impose the stated travel condition on the authority.
