### sec.10 Relevant tribunal or court
Subject to subsections (2) and (3) , QCAT is declared to be the relevant tribunal or court for this jurisdiction for the purposes of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Queensland) .
A Magistrates Court is declared to be the relevant tribunal or court for this jurisdiction for the purposes of the following provisions of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Queensland) —
section 556 ;
section 560 ;
section 565 ;
section 590D .
The reference to a relevant tribunal or court in section 727 (1), definition protected information , paragraph (b) (iii) is a reference to any tribunal or court.

(sec.10-ssec.1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3) , QCAT is declared to be the relevant tribunal or court for this jurisdiction for the purposes of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Queensland) .
(sec.10-ssec.2) A Magistrates Court is declared to be the relevant tribunal or court for this jurisdiction for the purposes of the following provisions of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Queensland) — section 556 ; section 560 ; section 565 ; section 590D .
(sec.10-ssec.3) The reference to a relevant tribunal or court in section 727 (1), definition protected information , paragraph (b) (iii) is a reference to any tribunal or court.
