### sch-sec.6 References taken to be included in Law or Act citation etc. A reference in this Law to this Law or an Act includes a reference to— this Law or the Act as originally enacted, and as amended from time to time since its original enactment; and if this Law or the Act has been repealed and re-enacted (with or without modification) since the enactment of the reference—this Law or the Act as re-enacted, and as amended from time to time since its re-enactment. A reference in this Law to a provision of this Law or of an Act includes a reference to— the provision as originally enacted, and as amended from time to time since its original enactment; and if the provision has been omitted and re-enacted (with or without modification) since the enactment of the reference—the provision as re-enacted, and as amended from time to time since its re-enactment. Subsections (1) and (2) apply to a reference in this Law to a law of the Commonwealth or another jurisdiction as they apply to a reference in this Law to an Act and to a provision of an Act.
